She is very kind and attentive, making the experience even better.I had a fantastic experience with the hygienist ( Bea) and assistant (Anete). A year ago I decided to embark on my journey at Platinum Dental Care to regain my confidence and smile proudly again.Under Dr. Sarika’s professionalism, care and supervision, I underwent Invisalign treatment, which beautifully corrected my full crossbite, deep bite, and crowding on my bottom teeth—all in under nine months.After finishing my Invisalign treatment, I consulted with Dr. Cristina, who created a treatment plan for composite bonding to restore my chipped front teeth, damaged from years of grinding and clenching.Today marked the final step in this journey, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a smile as amazing as this one.I am overjoyed and can’t stop smiling!I’m incredibly grateful to both Dr. Sarika and Dr. Cristina for their exceptional work and collaboration, which truly changed my life.Thank you all PDC team and especially Iryna and Gintare for exceptional assistance, support, care and dedication during this process.I’ve had an amazing experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Platinum Dental Care.

I attended Platinum Dental Care for Invisalign and some cosmetic work and I'm delighted with the whole experience and my results! Everyone at the practice is so friendly and helpful, always putting me at ease and keeping me updated which I really appreciate.Dr Shandy and Nurse Csilla have been exceptional, I cannot thank them enough! I was so well informed about all of my options for my treatment and costs before committing, as well as thoroughly explained to what would happen at each stage and my progress. I had some challenging cosmetic work done and I'm blown away at how perfect the results were that Dr Shandy achieved!As I suffered trauma to my teeth in an accident as a child, I have always been quite nervous at the dentist - everyone who treated me and interacted with me at Platinum were extremely patient and caring towards me which always made me feel so comfortable and I actually really looked forward to my appointments!I highly recommend Platinum Dental Care and Dr Shandy and look forward to seeing the team again at my future regular check ups! Every staff member is friendly, professional, and clearly enjoys what they do!The practice uses top-notch technology, including 3D imaging, and takes you through every step of the process with the latest cutting-edge equipment. However, what truly sets Platinum Dental Care apart is Christina and her cosmetic work. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but wanted to explore it due to damage caused by years of teeth grinding. After being highly recommended by a trusted colleague, I decided to book an appointment.I was especially concerned about achieving a natural look, as I didn’t want the overly white, fake appearance that I’d seen from cosmetic bonding or veneers elsewhere. I had a wonderful first experience at Platinum recently! I saw Cat Edney for a general hygiene check-up having been a bit negligent with hygienist visits this year. She was warm, informative and very thorough. I left with confidence in the clinic for any future needs I might have, some helpful information for at home care and a big, brighter smile! I was struggling with serious gum bleeding, redness, and swelling, which was starting to affect my confidence. Excellent dental service, some problems with admin.I have been going here for over a decade, but have tried out many other dental surgeries in the CW area. I keep coming back to platinum because of the excellent doctors and the work they do.In the past there has been issues with bookings, but the practise has been quite accomodating and open to criticism.Would recommend to those in the area.

I can’t fault this practice! Everyone is so caring and friendly. My experience here has been so different to dentists I’ve visited previously... The team here are so genuine and nice, I actually look forward seeing them!Really wanted to shout out the amazing reception team who help me with all my lengthy insurance admin and massively ease the process. They’re also very accommodating - I have atricky work schedule and the practice has helped by moving things around and giving me appointments over lunchtimes.I have seen several dentists and assistants over my time here and they have all been amazing! I have struggled before with hygiene appointments elsewhere, but the hygiene team are all highly skilled and take care to be gentle, which is very important for me because I have quite sensitive teeth. And the fillings I’ve had all look extremely natural.You don't come across a health care service like this very often. Thank you everyone at Platinum!

I have been going to Platinum for two years; after a disappointing experience at Smile Pod with no proper care, I was cautious about my next dental care. I am very proud that I decided to go for Platinum; their Google reviews helped, and thanks to it, I landed at a place that felt safe and professional. Every aspect of the platinum is top-notch; I would like to mention Dr Cristina Isorna Suarez and her assistant Isha, who are thorough professionals and care for their patients with the utmost sensitivity. I think the quality of service and care have shown my recent dental needs by far the best in every aspect☝️; I recommend her and Isha and Platinum for dental care.

I had been dreading going to the dentist for three years because of anxiety. During that time, I had problematic gums with bleeding, redness, and swelling. It got worse when a gross-looking pus appeared on my front gum, which severely affected my confidence. So, I did my research to find a dentist and discovered this place. The receptionist was nice, and all the staff were friendly, especially the hygienist, Cat Edney. She made me feel super comfortable with her amazing energy, making the gum treatment process much less unpleasant. She showed me what to use and how to brush my teeth and gums correctly, and I have seen massive improvement in my gum health. I am really glad I chose this place.

I highly recommend this practice. I had my appointment with the hygienist Ms Bea, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My gum was bleeding, inflamed, and had a lot of tartar, but she managed to fix everything in 2 sessions. She also gave me excellent advice for my sensitive teeth, which worked like magic. She’s the best, my gum stopped bleeding and my teeth are so soft and clean. Thank you so much to her and to her assistant🙏

I started using this dentist a couple of years ago and decided to undergo Invisalign here. Dr Sarika Shah is so lovely and I would recommend both her and Invisalign. She was so particular with the Invisalign. I was happy with the outcome but she tweaked a few things that she wasn’t happy with. I’m not a nervous patient but I can imagine that if you are, Dr Shah would immediately put you at use. Dr Antonia was also part of the treatment and she is also lovely. The whole team, including the front of house staff, are friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist or considering Invisalign, I thoroughly recommend Platinum Dental Care. Wonderful team providing wonderful smiles.I had noticed years ago that some of my teeth were twisting (age thing), but never realised that this could be fixed.The first dentist I found, told me that one particular tooth just could not be saved and declared the state of my teeth to be too bad to have Invisaligners.Then I found Platinum Dental Care and wanted to see what they were saying.I am not going to name names, as everyone in this team deserves recognition, but the dentist looked and I know she came up with 5 plans, before being satisfied with number 6 which she thought it could work. She did not want to pull my one protruding teeth and wanted to save it.We started working together on fixing my teeth and I followed the instructions to the letter and each month, I was really happy with what was happening to my teeth. My teeth were straightening bit by bit.I was already happy with the result at some point, but the dentist thought we could a bit more and that last push really was the cherry on the cake.Leadership of this practice is wonderful. You get treated with respect by a team that clearly is there to help you.I can only say thank you for all the support, the quick responses from the lovely ladies from reception, the very kind hygienists and the dentist. You have all worked together to get the result I have.If you are in doubt, just go and see them. For me it was well worth and I no longer have to smile with closed lips.

Wow! Dr Shah is an absolutely incredible dentist, and Platinum is an exceptional practice. I went to Dr Shah with severe TMD (causing extreme pain in my jaw, difficulty chewing many foods, and very limited ability to open my mouth). Over the last year of Invisalign treatment, Dr Shah not only helped me to improve my TMD by correcting my bite, but also gave me a beautiful-looking smile too! I'm absolutely amazed and delighted with the results. My TMD makes it difficult to talk, chew or have even brief dental appointments without enormous pain, so I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to complete my treatment. Over the last year, Dr Shah and her team went above and beyond to help me manage my pain and to make the whole process comfortable and anxiety-free. The whole team is phenomenal. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been going to Platinum Dental Care for years and I highly recommend them. I discovered them while searching for a practice that offered emergency dental appointments for new patients. They quickly and efficiently helped me release the pain. Since then, I have used them for my regular dental checks ups, dental hygiene visits and Invisalign treatment, and always offered a great service.In particular, this week I had a dental hygiene appointment with Ms Cat Edney, who is hands down the best hygiene therapist I have ever had. She made me feel at ease and was very invested in helping me resolve the issues I have been experiencing. She efficiently diagnosed what the problem was and gave me a lot of helpful tips to improve things in the future. She noticed I was interested in learning more and spent the appointment explaining exactly what was happening. She was accompanied by nurse Gintare Krivickaite, who was also very competent and did a great job. I left very satisfied (and a bit more knowledgeable). I will definitely be booking all future hygiene appointments with Ms Edney.

I cannot recommend Platinum dental practice highly enough. Dr. Shandy repaired a tooth that had been broken for about 20 years, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. She initially fixed it via tooth bonding, and I was already thrilled with the outcome at 95%, but she went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Dr. Shandy graciously brought me back to rework my tooth until I was 100% happy with it. As a result, I got a new smile in less than 2 weeks from first check up to final result. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Thanks to her work, I have regained full confidence in my smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment which I started last year with Dr Shah and I'm so happy with the results. I had a fixed wire retainer following the treatment to maintain the final results and am continuing with teeth whitening to perfect my smile.I also had two hygienist appointments with platinum dental care throughout my treatment outside my Invisalign. Private care can always be a little costly but the care and attention I was given I have to say it is worth the cost. I don't believe I would get the same excellent treatment if I didn't go private. Appointments have always been booked extremely quickly and at times to suit me. I'd also give anyone a heads up if you're worried about paying anything in a lump sum, firstly the practice offers payment plans but also the payments are staged anyway if you're on a lengthy treatment so the cost will naturally be spread.Finally the personal touch here is second to none, all the staff remember their clients and it's very very lovely. Thanks again to the whole PDC team!

I use Platinum Dental Care for facial aesthetics, and Cat Edney is amazing. I started visiting Cat as a very nervous patient before a big family event, Cat understood my apprehension, was kind, patient and reassuring. We discussed a variety of treatments and options, and agreed on a treatment plan. I've now been visiting for over two years, and my results are fantastic. I am a braver patient because of Cat, and have tried a few different treatments. I have already recommended her to friends who are also pleased with their results.

I am really happy with the service provided. Consultation, filling replacement and crown replacement in multiple visits plus one session with dental hygienist - all was great. Everyone was friendly, from reception staff to dentist and nurse. I was impressed by advances of modern dentistry (diagnostic devices, scanners, cameras, x-ray, procedures, visualisation software). I got detailed information of all steps needed. I actually started looking forward to the appointments as it is a great to receive professional service which I can trust. Recently finished my Invisalign with platinum dental care and could not recommend them enough. Since the beginning Dr Shah and Antonia in particular have been so invested in my treatment, supporting with all my silly questions and accommodating my concerns. They have worked with me to push for the best results for me rather than just the easy options and provided honest advice and suggestions along the way. Although I’ve finished Invisalign now will continue as a customer at platinum dental care as there is no other dentist I would trust with my teeth as much as the team here!

As someone who neglected their dental care for a long time I had been extremely nervous and putting off going to the dentist for years. When you know you may have a way to go to get to a good place it can be scary. I can't compliment everyone here enough. Everyone is so friendly and they deliver news and next needed steps in a comforting way rather than in a way that shames or scares you (as I've definitely experienced in the past).They are always sure to ask if there's anything they should know as well at the start of each appointment. My hygienist took into account my extremely sensitive exposed roots and made sure these were numbed before treatment and checked in with me throughout to make sure the different tools she was using were okay and that I was comfortable. Knowing I was in good hands meant I actually felt extremely relaxed throughout the whole process where usually I would be laying there terrified waiting for it to end. I actually weirdly look forward to my appointments now! I don't know what else to say besides if you're debating it, just book in with them! I can't recommend them enough.

Being a new and apprehensive patient, the calm, professionalism demonstrated from Dr Patel and her team was 100% Nothing was a problem, always a solution with a number of options and no pressure in.any way. She always explained option thoroughly, leaving me in no doubt what so ever. I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment from Dr. Amie Patel at Platinum Dental Care, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease.Dr.Patel's professionalism is truly commendable. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss all of my concerns and goals for my dental health. Her carefulness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my treatment. It was clear that she was genuinely invested in providing me with the best possible care. Not to mention that I was showed all the problems I had with my teeth not only on an radiography image but also on a digital 3D in-colour image that is way easier to be understood by a non-medical individual.One of the aspects that stood out most to me was Dr. Patel's approachability. She explained each step of the treatment process in a clear and understandable manner, making sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her timely explanations helped alleviate any anxiety.Dr. Amie Patel's positive attitude was infectious. It made the entire dental experience feel more like a spa procedure than a medical one. I can honestly say that during the treatments, I didn't feel the slightest discomfort. Her use of top-notch modern equipment and her expert skills ensured a painless and smooth process.The results of Dr. Patel's work are nothing short of brilliant. I had a porcelain onlay on one of my teeth and a composite restoration on another, and both have exceeded my expectations. My mum recently had her teeth checked by Dr Amie Patel. We are extremely satisfied with dr Amie. Even though my mum did not speak English, dr Amie was very patient and took the time to carefully explain all the issues with her teeth. She is extremely thorough in her work and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend dr Amie. The surgeon who extracted her teeth was also exceptional, unfortunately I don’t remember his name.Overall we are extremely satisfied with platinum dental. Prices are slightly at the top end, but certainly worth the service.

I was very nervous about having Invisalign treatment, and Dr Shah and her team made it such a great experience! I just finished my treatment last week and was taken care of really well throughout the process. Dr Shah was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I had my Invisalign treatment done at Platinum Dental with Dr Shah and she was just absolutely amazing. It was so lovely and refreshing to have a dentist actually ask and listen to exactly what you want and work with you to achieve it. She explains all the steps very clearly and makes sure you’re satisfied with things before moving onto the next part of your treatment. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this practice. The whole team at Platinum Dental are just wonderful.

A superb level of treatment.I’ve had a few sessions now, and the quality of work from dentists like Nadia and Margot is wonderful.I’m really happy with my treatment.I didn’t feel a thing during the procedures - indeed one time it was so relaxing I fell asleep (only briefly, thankfully) - and the quality of the work is stunning.They’ve both been almost forensic in ensuring the quality of the treatment was good enough. Never felt rushed, never felt they were on the clock.I think the prices maybe on the higher side (but I haven’t compared enough to the other local dentists), but you get what you pay for.I literally can’t recommend them enough for the quality of the work, and helpfulness of the staff. This is service worth paying for.

I had an appointment with Dr Margot - she is amazing and the kindest dentist I’ve ever seen. I had some concerns and the receptionist- Pearl kindly offered me an appointment as soon as I called and Dr Margot examined me straightaway. I’m so glad to meet them. I have had an excellent experience at Platinum Dental Care over the past couple of years. I have had invisalign, teeth whitening, minor surgery and composite bonding as well as general checkups and hygienest appointments.All of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Most of my treatment was with Dr. Cristina Suarez who explained everything very well, answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop with how my treatment was going. I am so happy with the results, I couldn't ask for anything more.I would highly recommend Platinum Dental Care to anyone.

Very happy customer! I have completed Invisalign with Dr Shah in the past and could not be happier with my results. Dr Shah made me feel listened to and cared for at every appointment. I actually had to have my Invisalign through the COVID lockdown and I was amazed by the communication and the care from the practice during those scary times to ensure my Invisalign treatment could continue as planned. I was a Botox virgin until recently, and had my first treatment with Dr Shah, she was informative, gentle and saw me a few weeks later for a free of charge top up just to make sure the finished result was perfect! Such impeccable customer service from her and the whole team. Also I have my hygiene with Ms Nadia and I will never see another hygienist now! She is so friendly and thorough and puts me at ease every time. Keep it up guys!

Dr Ronnie Patel is the best specialist I ever came across and I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires implant treatment. His level of knowledge combined with a true passion and people’s skills transform your journey into something not only pleasant but also stress free. My implant treatment was well planned and I was extremely well looked after during my visits as well as throughout the healing process. Dr Ronnie and his nurse Eszter deserve a gold medal for their true care, positive attitude and professionalism, they both truly go above and beyond!

I started my journey with Platinum Dental Care 2 years ago right after the first lockdown in 2020. I was looking for a dentist who will be able to deal with my quite complicated emergency case . Fantastic reviews of the clinic were very encouraging.From the very first appointment I have been impressed by the quality of care offered by everyone at Platinum Dental.I'm under the care of Dr Ronnie Patel. I went through different procedures so far and most of them were very difficult and complex ( surgical teeth removal, dental implants- just to name a few). Dr Patel is an excellent, highly skilled dentist!! Very professional, reassuring and extremely passionate about dentistry which for me is a top priority. Also a big thank you to Eszter( dental nurse)who is very knowledgeable and at the same time very calm and comforting which is extremely important especially when going through lengthy process of getting implants! I always feel well taken care of before, during and after treatment. As a person who in the past had been a patient in several different clinics ( both UK and overseas) I would absolutely recommend Platinum Dental to everyone who is looking for a professionally delivered, high standard dentistry.

I am blown away by my experience with Platinum Dental Care. From start to finish the communication and process was faultless. Following my initial consultation with Dr Shah, I was guided through the personally tailored steps to achieve my perfect smile, with my 'Invisalign Comprehensive' plan. Usually a trip to the dentist shouldn't bring so much excitement, but I always looked forward to seeing the team for my appointments. Both Jasmina and Kate on the reception team were more than helpful and were quick to respond to any queries I had a long the way. My 'Invisalign Comprehensive' treatment plan began in December 2021 and ended in August 2022, but the team assured me that I can still contact them about anything in the future. A huge thank you to Dr Shah who really valued how much this investment meant to me. I particularly appreciated how the whole plan was explained up front with no hidden costs. She was so thorough with my treatment and kept me up to date with how things were going through the app service after each of my scans. I have been patient at this Plantium dental clinical for more than five years and I couldn't recommend other. Recently I had to conduct an implant and Dr Patel has been the best, I had no pain, and the job was done with amazing results. Dr Patel always tells me to contact him, any time, if there's any concern. He is very attentive and caring as well his assistance. Everyone is very efficient and professional. I’ve been going to Platinum for over a year now and I can’t articulate how good they really are - particularly Dr Amie Patel who has quite literally transformed my teeth. I have just today had the last amalgam NHS filling from my teenage years replaced with a composite filling which looks exactly like a real tooth. The care, understanding and patience that Dr Patel has put in made all the difference at my wedding last weekend where I could smile knowing that the metal fillings from my youth were gone. I despised going to the dentist while growing up as the staff were dreadful and the experience awful, resulting in a vicious cycle of skipped appointments and deteriorating dental care. At Platinum, I genuinely look forward to my appointments as I know the treatment I receive is second to none. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and if you have had bad dental experiences in the past I implore you to give them a try - you will not be disappointed.

Best hygienist experience I've had so far.From the moment I walked in to the clinic everyone was friendly which made for a very relaxed and positive experience.In the past I was told that the pain was a normal part of the teeth cleaning process and that I had to just put up with it. However my experience with Miss Camilla Bevan was totally painless and she also informed me on the use of anaesthesia which I had no idea could even be used.Highly recommend Platinum Dental and Camilla.

I have been seeing the dentist and hygienist at Platinum Dental Care for a number of years. All of the medical professionals and other staff that I have met have been outstanding. I am a slightly nervous patient - they are always understanding and empathetic. I almost enjoy seeing the hygienist! I can highly recommend them all. What an amazing practice, from the moment I walked in (randomly without an appointment I should add) I was greeted by Kate who couldn't have been nicer. Dr Ronnie and Ezster explained all my options in perfectly understandable terms and the work completed is second to none, he is as much an artist as dentist... I would definitely recommend. I am only visiting from Ireland and will likely have any future cosmetic or non-urgent work done here in the future.

I've been very impressed with Platinum Dental Care from the outset. They are a warm and professional team with extreme technical proficiency – Ronnie in particular. On the rare occasion when I've had dental issue, they have always worked very hard to squeeze me in at short notice and take of the problem in every sense: by clearly outlining the treatment plan, providing personal reassurance and comfort during the actual procedure, through to financing advice around payment plans. Without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. Would strongly recommend.

The whole team consistently does everything they can to make sure you get the best treatment possible. Their communication about appointments is always excellent and the practice is a warm and friendly place. I found Platinum Dental Care after relocating while mid-way on an implant treatment. Dr Marios was very patient and diligent on making it all work to perfection. And Dr Patel was amazing at finding and fixing issues before they became a problem. The practice is full of the latest technology with 3D imaging and the best staff. The girls managing reception are very professional and very meticulous, helping you with the process.For something important as oral health you want to go to the best place. And in London that's Platinum.
