Platinum Dental Care wants to make first class dental treatment and service accessible to as many people as possible – not just those who work in Canary Wharf and the Docklands, but people based all over London. We’re confident that our fees represent excellent value for the standard of treatment on offer, but understand that you may want to split the cost of treatment, or take advantage of payment methods which recognise your loyalty with important privileges and benefits. With this in mind, we offer finance to spread the cost of treatment over 1-5 years, and also make 0%* finance available. e.g. a £3600 treatment plan can cost from £47 per month. Please click here for our finance calculator.
When we book an appointment for you, we commit that time and our resources to your treatment. This means that, if anyone else wants to come at the same time, we will be unable to see them and will have to offer them an alternative time. If you do not then attend that appointment and either do not tell us in advance or give insufficient notice, we are unable to allocate the time to someone else; however, we still have overheads and staff salaries to pay during the unproductive time. For this reason, it is our policy to request deposits and make a charge if insufficient notice of cancellation or amendment is given to encourage you to give us as much notice as possible if your busy lives take over.
